When our 2004 Malibu Wakesetter broke down two weeks before our vacation, due to our boat dealer’s   negligence, the last thing I wanted to do was rent a boat. My family always looks forward to our week on Lake Powell especially wakeboarding and playing behind our boat. The idea of renting was painful for me since I already owned a boat. Knowing that our vacation would not be the same without it and worried that it was such short notice I began our search to rent.

    When I stumbled upon your website I was very reluctant, it all seemed too good to true. After speaking with you and getting to know you I realized Proline Wake Sports was the perfect fit. Let me say that anyone who is interested in renting a top line ski boat should look no further than your organization, “ProLine Wake Sports”. It is not very often that you run across people who follow through with what they say they will do, especially when it comes to punctuality. From your quality of boat, a Pro Perfect Pass that works, life vests, skis, boards and ropes it was all top notch. Your ability to coordinate taking your boat from Phoenix and dropping it off to Lake Powell and then to adapt to my schedule a week later in changing pick up times with late notice was very impressive.

    Through the years I have been very reluctant to offer recommendations so this does not come without due consideration when I say that my family and friends would not hesitate to rent from you or recommend your organization to anyone who is considering a high end ski boat.

     My brother and I are both fanatical about keeping our gear in immaculate condition.  We own a ski boat and two Seadoos that are kept in “better then new” condition.  For a weeklong multiple-family trip to Lake Mojave we wanted to have two boats so I contacted ProLine Wakesports regarding renting their Malibu LSV.  I flew to Phoenix to meet the management (Brandon and Derrick) and to personally inspect the boats.  The boats were in new condition, and clearly receive the same dedicated care and attention that we give our own equipment. 

     ProLine delivered the boat to Lake Mojave.  They didn’t just deliver the boat, they arrived early, cleaned the boat, set up the bimini and even windexed the windshield.  The boat was immaculate, the gear (wake surfer, salom ski, vests, ski ropes, dock lines) were immaculate.  This is a first class operation.  The way ProLine picked up the boat tells the whole story.  Derrick arrived an hour early, put the trailer in the water and we slid the boat onto the trailer.  He then cleaned the boat, I still remember his exact words “I hate to tow a dirty boat”.  And I had already washed the boat!  I couldn’t believe it, getting ready to tow a boat from Lake Mojave to Phoenix – across 250 miles of desert – the first thing Derrick did was wash the boat.  It tells the whole story about their operation, they are a first class group. 

     I recommend ProLine Wakesports without qualification to anyone interested in using first class equipment from a dependable reliable team.  Their service is outstanding.

Your flawless coordination with Antelope Marine made our trip all the better knowing that we did not have to follow up insuring every detail was taking care of by your group. Even though our cell phone coverage was sparse, Derrick made sure he was punctual, courteous and delivered/picked up the boat seamlessly.
